Community rules
These rules keep the forum useful and friendly. They apply to everything you post on the forum, in your profile and in support tickets. Breaking them can lead to posts being removed or your account being suspended.
Be respectful
No harassment, hate speech, threats or personal attacks. Disagree with ideas, not people.
No advertising
Don't promote other services, sellers, servers or communities in any form, including in your profile. This includes links, referral codes and "message me" posts.
No unsolicited messages
Don't use anything you find here to contact members privately, on any platform, to advertise, sell or solicit.
No spam or flooding
Don't post the same thing more than once, bump topics repeatedly, or flood any board with low-effort posts.
Keep keys and accounts safe
Never post licence keys, order details, passwords or account access, yours or anyone else's. Use a support ticket for anything private. Don't share cracked or pirated software, or anything harmful such as malware.
Respect privacy
Don't post anyone's personal information, including names, addresses, photos or contact details, without their permission.
Keep it legal and safe for work
No illegal content and no adult content.
Post in the right place
Search before starting a topic, choose the right board, and keep each topic about one thing.
Reporting
If you see something that breaks these rules, use "Report" on the post. Reports are private and go to our moderators. Reports that help us enforce these rules may be rewarded, at our discretion.
Enforcement
Moderators may edit or remove posts, lock topics, and warn, suspend or ban accounts. Serious breaches, such as illegal content, malware, threats, sharing personal information or getting around a ban, can lead to a ban without warning. These rules sit alongside our Terms of Service.
Appeals
If you think we got it wrong, email support@valerian.win and explain why. A different member of staff will review it.
