Where do I download a tool?
On the forum. Once your licence is running, the tool's private board opens with the download and setup guide pinned at the top.
How do plans work?
Each plan runs for a set time: a day, a week, a month or lifetime. Redeeming another key adds its time to what you have left.
What happens when my time runs out?
The tool and its board close until you add more time. Your account, posts and tickets stay as they are.
Will I be charged again automatically?
No. You pay once for the time you pick, and nothing renews by itself.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, in the cases set out in the Refund Policy, including when a tool doesn't work as described or your key never arrived.
How old do I need to be?
13 or older to make an account. If you're under 18, a parent or guardian has to agree before you buy anything.
